The Management Team at ServBeyond Solutions has extensive experience in leading mission-critical programs for Fortune 500 and Public Sector customers
Manu Bakshi is a passionate “hands-on” leader for digital transformation initiatives for service management, software engineering, and cybersecurity domains for public sector clients in the Insurance, Health, and Transportation verticals.
Mr. Bakshi is the President of ServBeyond Solutions LLC. With experience spanning over 20 years, he has led enterprise programs in the areas of software engineering, cybersecurity, and service management through their complete lifecycle resulting in disruptive, transformational change in the organizations he served. He is proficient in capital budgeting, pricing, project finance, planning communications and making formal presentations to senior executives.
A certified Project Management Professional (PMP®), Agile Certified Professional (PMI-ACP®), and a certified ScrumMaster® (CSM), he is skilled in managing projects in project-centric and matrix environments using Agile, hybrid and waterfall methodologies. Mr. Bakshi has an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and has bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Engineering.

Harell Little is a recognized and proven manager of many State of Maryland efforts including, but not limited to, projects at the State Highway Administration (SHA) and Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE). Harell served as the MSDE technical lead project contact on the original implementation of Education Information System (EIS) and received a Gubernatorial award for his involvement with the effort. He serves as the VP of Solutions Delivery at ServBeyond.
Mr. Little has over 16 years of experience in managing enterprise projects. He has managed enterprise efforts for the State that range from application and network implementations to cloud migrations and drafting agency standards and security policies. Mr. Little has established himself as an innovator, a proven leader, and a trusted advisor with Maryland State Customers.
Mr. Little is a Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) and has bachelor’s degree in information systems and a master’s degree in Technology Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
